海外からの注文はできますか？ About an order from foreign country	クレジット決済ができません。よって、お客様との個別の相談になります。より、最適な方法で通信販売ができるよう前向きに対処いたします。 I want to talk with you about an order light-heartedly.　e_m@il 商品代金と航空便料金、書留料、速達料などご連絡いたします。最近の事例では現金書留という形で決済いたしました。（registered post international ）　海外から3日くらいでつきます。この場合、日本国内から海外への送金料金はわかりますが、海外から日本への送金料はわかりません。書留手数料はお客様のご負担となります。 Introduce my shop AKAIHANAONOJOJO in Morioka. 海外との取引の場合、どうして、クレジット決済ができないのですか？	クレジット決済による海外との取引につきましては、あまり実情がわかっておりません。が、例えば、日本の大手のクレジット会社のVの例ですと、直接、カード番号を入力しての海外のサイトからの決済は受付けておりません。それにかわるべき、ID番号とパスワードをクレジット会社からもらい、それを入力するという方法がとられます。これなら、OKです。日本国内の決済でもこの方法が安全上一般化してきています。海外との取引において直接、クレジット番号を入力する決済ができないということは、SET決済に必要なvWALLETが暗号化技術を使用したプログラムという位置付となっており、通産省より日本国内非居住者への配布は国際条約違反ということで禁止されているためです。 SETというのは、クレジットカードで安全に電子商取引を行うための 取り決めで、これに従った決済方法をSET決済といいます。最初にｖWALLETと呼ばれる電子財布ソフトウェアをインストールしたり、電子証明書を取得したりといった事前作業を行い、これにより強固な安全性を確保します。ただ、この事前準備がかなり大変なため、現在ではあまり利用されていません。これに代わり、同等の安全性と利便性を合わせ持つクレジットカード決済方法がでてきました。あらかじめ専用のIDとパスワードを取得しておき、決済時には１６桁のカード番号の代わりにこのID・パスワードとカード番号の下４桁だけを入力するというものです。今後、このような安全な決済方法がどんどんでてくると思われます。海外との取引につきましてはクレジットだけでなく、コンビニ決済やweb-moneyといった便利なものが今後、国際化していくことでしょう。
