先に依頼者側で電話が通じることを確認してください。メールも電話も通じないのでは対処のしようがありません。
英語で電話できないという人もいると思いますが、通じるかどうかの確認だけですから、
とにかくかけてみて誰かが普通に出るかどうか確認してください。ハローだけでもいいと思います。
自動音声の場合もありますから、そのときは時間をずらして相手の営業時間内にかけてみてください。
2.
解決を希望される方がほとんどですが、解決できるかどうか保証できません。
相手が逃げたりする場合もあります。時間もかかる場合もあります。単に荷物が遅れていることもあります。
これを前提にして依頼を受けます。
3. すぐ解決できなくても、その状況原因のお知らせや電話の継続、今後の対処方法などのサポートが受けられます。

game Hagoita The Japanese game Hagoita is played with
a battledore, or paddle and a shuttlecock, or birdie. It is
a game played at New Year's and while it is enjoyed as a
game, it is also traditionally thought to be a talisman
against evil........ This was a Japanese
revolutionary idea that, when it was first invented over a
hundred years ago, became very popular and was the heart of
winter play. In times past, when all Japanese wore geta as
their shoe style, winter snow skiing and ice-skating were
not well known or popular. Then some Japanese got the idea
of putting blades on the bottom of geta and using them as
ice skates......... Do you know Japanese children's game to

"Zashiki-warashi", a childrenﾕs lucky fairy, that lives in
Iwate area of Japan. It is believed that if the
zashiki-warashi comes to stay at a house then the family
living there will have good luck in everything. I was told
the following wonderful story from my father..... Round backed heel geta with the slant-cut
front on the underside. Many years ago during a time in
Japan when foreign shoe styles were becoming popular, Mr.
Kunitaro was anxious about the future of the Japanese
traditional shoe, geta..... In old time Japan, back
when everyone wore the shoe style called geta, each geta
shop, or "geta-ya" had craftsmen available at the shop at
all times.........Do you knoe such a geta-ya?
