They are called "BANKARA"

"BANKARA" came to my shop with the sound of their geta echoing all around.
They wear a black-school-uniform full of patches. This is traditional Japanese student-style. They have a lot of guts and stick to their principles! they are also cheer group. They cheer their team vigorously. They are called "BANKARA".

Probably their height is 175cm-180cm, foot size is 26cm-27cm, but their geta-size is 24cm. They don't prefer big size.

These geta are called "gakusei-ashida" which is Japanese word for "high-geta for students.
It is possible to to get on and off their tooth.

How to wear

It is believed No.3 is just fit (粋 iki) in Japan.
The word "iki" means the same as "kakko-ii" which is Japanese word for "stylish" or "fashionable"
What do you think of the size?

Look at the many different geta from different cultures. It seems everyone has an opinion, comment or suggestion about the geta-size. I hope this controversy results in the growth in popularity of geta. My store is waiting for your comments. Thanks.

A questionnair for geta-size.
Which do you think is the best fit
among thease three pictures?
